We’re Eastbourne based and that’s where most of the properties we look after are. How far we’ll travel depends on the size of the job, so if you’re just outside the pin, ask us anyway. We cover Eastbourne, Hastings, Herstmonceux, Lewes, Uckfield, Haywards Heath and out towards Brighton.

Before you get in touch, two things worth knowing
We don’t do one-off two-hour domestic cleans
Everything we’re good at depends on knowing a property properly, and that only pays you back somewhere we keep coming back to. If you need a one-off, our sister company Smart Services covers general and one-off cleaning across East Sussex and will look after you properly. Moving in or out is different — that’s a fixed-price end of tenancy clean.
We won’t promise you occupancy
If you’re weighing us up against a company that has quoted you an occupancy rate or an income figure, ask them to put it in writing. We work towards around 60% as a goal, we tell owners their first year is usually slower while reviews build, and we’d rather be straight with you now than manage a disappointment later.

The more you can tell us, the more accurate the price. If the property is already listed somewhere, the listing link is the fastest thing you can send us — we can see the rooms, the layout and the standard from that in about a minute. We’ll never pass your details to anyone else.
